Instagram access comes through your client's Facebook connection — the same one-click consent, no separate Instagram password.
When the client connects Meta (see the Meta page), eGiiG discovers any Instagram business/creator account attached to a granted Page. With social access, you can:
One secure connection, on your branded onboarding link, with the client in full control.
The client authorises access on the platform’s own screen. No credentials are ever shared with you or eGiiG.
You request exactly the access the work requires. The client can narrow it, but never has to grant more.
Every connection lives in the client’s portal, where they can review or revoke access whenever they choose.
In eGiiG (and in Meta's world generally) Instagram is not a separate login. A business Instagram account is accessed through the Facebook Page it's linked to. So the client connects Meta once, and their eligible Instagram account comes with it. Write the page around that truth rather than promising a standalone "Connect Instagram" button — it keeps you honest and avoids a support headache.
In the Flow builder, request Meta with social purpose.
Send the branded onboarding link.
Client connects Facebook and shares the linked Page → the Instagram account appears in the Social section, ready to post to.
Start free, no card. Send one branded link and get the Instagram access you need.
