eGiiG started inside our own agency, as the fix for the part of the job nobody talks about: collecting a client's account access without the week of chasing, the shared passwords and the stack of disconnected tools.
We ran a marketing agency, and the hardest part of every engagement was not the campaigns, it was getting to them. Before we could touch a single account we had to collect access to a client's Google Ads, Analytics, Meta, Search Console and half a dozen other tools.
In practice that meant passwords pasted into emails and Slack, Zoom calls walking a client through Business Manager click by click, and access that broke the moment someone changed a password or left the company. By the time we were in, we had already burned a week and a lot of goodwill.
Then came the work of actually running the account, spread across a different tool for proposals, another for invoices, another for scheduling, and hours every month spent pulling numbers into reports by hand. We kept saying the same thing: this should be one link, and one platform.
“So we stopped complaining and built the thing we wished existed. eGiiG is the onboarding and operations layer we always wanted for our own clients.”Samar Kishor, Founder
eGiiG exists because we felt these first-hand, on every new client, for years.
Insecure password sharing and screen-share tutorials just to get started.
Proposals here, invoices there, scheduling somewhere else, reports by hand.
One password change and we were locked out in the middle of a campaign.
No password sharing, ever. Clients keep control and can revoke any time.
Agencies should not pay for and switch between a stack of point tools.
Everything a client sees is yours. eGiiG stays invisible.
